Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor in Knutsford to join a market-leading organisation. You will contact customers who have expressed interest, explain product options clearly and professionally, and help them make informed decisions that meet their needs.

Working within a supportive, high-performing team, you’ll combine exceptional customer service with consultative selling, while maintaining FCA compliance and achieving individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, contact centre or regulated sales environments.
• Proven ability to build rapport and influence customers positively.
• Experience recording and maintaining accurate customer information.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work to targets and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers through outbound calls and email communications.
• Explain features, benefits and suitability clearly and professionally.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the journey.
• Manage inquiries and follow up on leads across channels.
• Accurately maintain customer records using CRM and internal systems.
• Identify potentially vulnerable customers and follow procedures.
• Meet individual and team KPI, quality and sales targets.
• Ensure conversations remain compliant and aligned with FCA standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and support improvements.
