Work Lyf Group Ltd in Crewe is seeking experienced Outbound Sales Advisors for a fast-paced team. The role involves contacting existing and prospective customers, promoting products, generating sales opportunities and delivering outstanding service.

You will work with a supportive team, with a competitive salary of £28,840 plus uncapped commission, full training, and clear career development opportunities. Shifts include a 40-hour week with various start times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months cold calling experience or 12 months outbound sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong telephone manner and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work towards targets and KPIs.
• Proficient IT skills including CRM usage.

Work Lyf Group is currently recruiting for experienced Outbound Sales Advisors to join a thriving and fast-paced sales team based in Crewe. With the busy season approaching, we are looking for motivated and target-driven individuals who enjoy building customer relationships and achieving results.

Salary

£28,840 per annum + Uncapped Commission

Available Shifts

• Monday to Friday (40 Hours)
• Monday late shift 08:50am - 19:30pm
• Tues,Wed,Thurs 08:50am - 17:20pm
• Friday 08:50am - 15:20pm
• or
• Mon-Thurs 08:50am-19:30pm

The Role

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting existing and prospective customers, promoting products and services, generating sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 6 months’ cold calling experience OR 12 months’ experience within an outbound sales/contact centre environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to work towards targets andKPIs
• Good IT skills, including experience using CRM systems
• A positive attitude and strong team-working ethic
