Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor in Crewe to drive outbound calls, lead generation and customer relationship building within a supportive, target-driven environment.

In this full-time role you will contact existing and prospective customers, promote products, upsell, manage warm leads in our CRM and collaborate with Customer Service to maximise sales opportunities while keeping records accurate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in sales, telesales, or customer service.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Tuesday to Thursday: 08:50am - 5:20pm
• Friday: 08:50am - 3:20pm
