Work Lyf Group Limited in Crewe is recruiting experienced Outbound Sales Advisors for a fast-paced team. You will contact existing and prospective customers, promote products, generate sales opportunities, and deliver excellent service.

The role offers a salary of £28,840 per year with uncapped commission, ongoing training, and clear career development. Shifts are Mon-Fri and there is a supportive, target-driven environment with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' cold calling experience or 12 months in outbound sales/contact centre.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work towards targets and KPIs.
• Proficient IT skills and experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets.
• Managing customer information and call activity through CRM systems.
