Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers who onboarded but haven't claimed rewards and guide them through the process.
• Assist customers who faced onboarding challenges to complete the process smoothly.
• Follow up with customers post-installation to gauge satisfaction with product and service.
• Log concerns and escalate issues to ensure quick resolutions.
• Contact customers about pending quotes and information to move forward.
• Reconnect with non-responsive customers for additional information.
• Work to remove blockers in quoting to convert inquiries into installations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls and outcomes.
• Report common issues or trends to the Customer Service Manager.
• Represent the brand professionally in all communications.
