Office Angels is seeking an Outbound Customer Success Advisor in Salford (M50) to work in the office from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The role is £13.33 per hour (~£26k/year) with ASAP start and a possibility of extension or permanency for the right candidate.

You will engage customers who have onboarded but not claimed rewards, assist with onboarding challenges, and ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and clear communication.

Formación

• Strong ability to connect with customers over the phone.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve onboarding issues.
• Efficiently manage multiple call types and tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to onboarded customers to guide rewards claims.
• Assist customers through onboarding and resolve challenges.
• Follow up after product installations to gauge satisfaction.
• Log issues and escalate when needed for timely resolutions.
• Progress quotes and gather missing information to move forward.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the CS Manager to report trends.
