Job summary

A community-focused childcare organization in Dorking is seeking an Out of School Childcare Leader for a fixed term contract until July 2026. The candidate will lead and deliver Ofsted registered Breakfast and After School Clubs, overseeing a team of playworkers. A Level 2/3 qualification in childcare is needed along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Working hours total 25 per week, primarily during term time. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare setting.
• Willing to undertake training for Level 2/3 qualification if not held.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a programme of Ofsted registered Breakfast and After School Clubs.
• Supervise playworkers and volunteers to maintain high service quality.
• Create both structured programmes and free play opportunities for children.
