A local police force in England is seeking an Out of Court Resolution (OoCR) Case Worker to support vulnerable individuals and offenders. This role involves assessing needs, promoting victim welfare, and implementing tailored interventions. Applicants should have at least a Grade C in GCSE English and Maths and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This role involves working within a centralised team, accepting referrals from divisional staff across the Force, in order to progress cases deemed suitable for an Out of Court Resolution (OoCR). The OoCR Case Worker will be responsible for working through targeted interventions with adult offenders as part of an agreement, leading to an Out of Court Resolution as an alternative to being charged and having to attend court.
