Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for the Joint Replacement line covering Bristol, Bath & Taunton. This field-based role requires building strong surgeon and HCP relationships while achieving sales targets in a dynamic healthcare market.

You will develop product expertise through JR101/JR201 courses, lead theatre-based initiatives, and collaborate across franchises to maximise opportunities. A strong preference for orthopaedic or medical device sales experience is noted.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, ideally in medical sales.
• Commercial acumen and awareness of budgetary and cost issues in theatres.
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of effective presentations.
• Workshop/demonstration and training abilities.
• Solid knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsabilidades

• Outperform the market and gain market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products in the territory.
• Maximise current Joint Replacement business and meet existing customers.
• Develop relationships with potential new customers through presentations on Stryker benefits.
• Become a product expert and complete JR101 and JR201 courses.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures and deliver staff training.
• Develop a territory business plan aligned to corporate aims with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain an Individual Development Plan each year.
• Collaborate cross-franchise to optimise opportunities.
