Job summary

Stryker Uk Limited is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in the Joint Replacement portfolio across the territory. You will engage with surgeons, HCPs and payers, build robust business plans, and demonstrate the benefits of Stryker products to achieve and exceed targets.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in medical sales, a strong commercial sense, and the ability to train staff in theatre settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience required.
• Experience in medical sales or joint replacement is a bonus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with surgeons, HCPs and payers.
• Commercial acumen and budgeting awareness for theatres.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and gain market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products in the territory.
• Meet existing customers and develop a business plan to address challenges and seize opportunities.
• Develop relationships with new customers through presentations on Stryker philosophy and product benefits.
• Meet hip/knee replacement surgeons within the territory within 6 months.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by completing JR101 in 6 weeks and JR201 in 12 months.
• Spend time in theatre training staff and supporting customers as required.
• Create a territory business plan aligned to corporate aims with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain an Individual Development Plan (IDP) and pursue cross-franchise collaboration.
