Qualifications

  • Experience scheduling outpatient appointments and/or admissions.
  • Experience using the full range of IT systems and patient data systems.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient pathways, outpatient clinics and waiting lists.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients.
  • Support the whole administrative team and the consultants.
