Find. are recruiting an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join a private hospital theatre team, working across High Wycombe and Great Missenden.

This is a permanent, full-time role with no nights, offering a salary up to £43,000 plus enhancements and a private hospital environment. The role involves scrubbing for orthopaedic procedures, preparing theatres and equipment, and supporting high standards of patient care throughout the surgical pathway.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or ODP with orthopaedic scrub experience.
• Current NMC or HCPC registration is required.
• Confident working within a theatre environment.

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing for a range of orthopaedic procedures.
• Preparing theatres, equipment and instrumentation.
• Supporting high standards of patient care throughout the surgical pathway.
• Working across High Wycombe and Great Missenden sites.
