Find. are recruiting an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join a private hospital theatre team, working across High Wycombe and Great Missenden.

This is a permanent, full-time role with no nights, offering a salary up to £43,000 plus enhancements and a private hospital environment. The role involves scrubbing for orthopaedic procedures, preparing theatres and equipment, and supporting high standards of patient care throughout the surgical pathway.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse or ODP with orthopaedic scrub experience.
• Current NMC or HCPC registration is required.
• Confident working within a theatre environment.

FIND Medical are recruiting for an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join a private hospital theatre team, working across sites in High Wycombe and Great Missenden.

This is a great opportunity for a Theatre Nurse or ODP with strong orthopaedic scrub experience looking for a permanent role with no night shifts.

The role:

• Scrubbing for a range of orthopaedic procedures
• Working as part of an established theatre team
• Preparing theatres, equipment and instrumentation
• Supporting high standards of patient care throughout the surgical pathway
• Working across both hospital sites

What we’re looking for:

• Registered Nurse or ODP
• Current NMC or HCPC registration
• Previous orthopaedic scrub experience
• Confident working within a theatre environment
• Able to work across High Wycombe and Great Missenden
