Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the UK Ortho business to drive regional sales, coach Territory Managers, and align with global strategies. You will lead a high-performing team and ensure delivery of sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Head of Ortho UK, you will craft action plans, manage key accounts, monitor Salesforce data, and maintain ISO 9001 quality practices while collaborating with Marketing, Education and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Significant sales/commercial leadership experience (5+ years).
• Experience interpreting data and generating insights from Salesforce.com is an advantage.
• Experience with a consultative sales approach in the Dental/Medical Device market is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers to achieve regional sales goals.
• Forecast sales and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop key relationships within the region to grow existing customers and acquire new ones.
• Ensure compliance with Sales strategies, ISO 9001 quality practices, and company policies.
