Job summary

Straumann Group/ClearCorrect seeks a regional Sales Leader in the UK to guide a team of Territory Managers and Clinical Advisors toward regional sales goals. You will drive market expansion, coach leaders, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to maximize profitability.

The role reports to the Head of Ortho UK and requires a strong track record in leadership, strategic planning and data-driven decision making, with a focus on compliant, ISO-aligned practices across the region.

Qualifications

• Significant sales leadership experience in a regional/territory role.
• Experience interpreting data and turning insights into action.
• Consultative sales approach in a dental/medical device context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the regional sales team (Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors, Customer Success Managers).
• Forecast, plan and execute sales strategies to meet regional targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Customer Services and Finance to align activities.
