Ortho Regional Sales Leader

Job summary

The Straumann Group's ClearCorrect division in the UK is seeking a regional sales leader to drive defined Territory performance. Reporting to the Head of Ortho UK, you will provide direction to Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers, and coach the team to meet ambitious sales goals within agreed timescales.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership to grow key accounts and expand the customer base across the region.

Qualifications

• Significant sales/commercial leadership experience (5 years+).
• Experience with SFDC/Salesforce.
• Experience in Dental/Medical Device market desirable.
• Degree preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead region and drive defined sales goals with Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Head of Ortho UK and other units to align strategies and forecasts.
• Review Salesforce data and advise on corrective actions to protect key customers.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships to grow existing accounts and acquire new ones.
• Lead recruitment, development and performance management of direct reports.
