Position Description

  • Interpret business strategy and organizational direction to drive effective strategy execution at the organizational level through diagnostics, structure design, and governance optimization, thereby enhancing organizational vitality.
  • Develop tailored organizational solutions using advanced management theories, methodologies, and tools to address real-world business challenges and systematically enhance capabilities.
  • Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and establish performance management systems. Analyze performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and foster cross-functional collaboration for resolution.
  • Create organizational and talent development roadmaps. Lead key projects such as industry benchmarking, strategic goal cascading, organizational health assessments, and talent engagement programs to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of hands-on OD experience within HR frameworks of large or mid-sized enterprises, or 3+ years in OD/HR consulting at recognized international firms.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, with strengths in critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and post-project review. Resilient under pressure with a strong ownership mindset.
