Job summary

Moorhouse is seeking experienced consultants to lead discrete workstreams within complex transformation programmes, focusing on organisation design and change management. You will shape high-quality client deliverables, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and leverage data to inform evidence-based recommendations.

The role supports the growth of the People & Change team, with flexible hybrid working from our London office.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in consulting.
• Strong track record in organisation design and change management.
• Ability to shape and deliver people-focused change in complex environments.
• Experience owning and leading core deliverables and workstreams.
• Excellent relationship-building with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discrete workstreams within complex transformation programmes.
• Shape high-quality client deliverables across organisation design and change management.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal colleagues.
• Leverage data and insight to inform evidence-based recommendations.
• Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to bids and proposition development.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to knowledge management.
