CPL is seeking an Organisational Design Consultant to support the Organisational Design workstream within a major Target Operating Model transformation. The role works with HR, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to support organisation design, workforce transition and consultation activities required to implement the future operating model.

This is a delivery-focused role, providing practical support across role design, workforce planning, job evaluation and grading, consultation

Formación

Experience in a HR role.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building across functions.
Experience delivering organisational design and workforce transition.
Current Security Check clearance or the ability to obtain it.
Ability to navigate a large organisation and work across boundaries.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate organisational change activity across HR, Legal, employee representatives and trade unions.
Collaborate with experts to support detailed design and transition planning.
Support role evaluation and grading processes, ensuring consistency and quality of submissions.
Prepare consultation materials, impact assessments, employee communications and supporting documentation.
Support leaders and managers through consultation processes and related administration.
Track actions, decisions, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
