Qualifications

• Experience in organisation design, either in-house or consultancy.
• Ability to manage job architecture and deliver role sizing.
• Strong analysis skills to drive organisational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Aviva’s organisation design strategy.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders in the People function.
• Conduct detailed analysis for future-state designs.

Skills

Experience in organisation design delivery

Job evaluation & architecture knowledge

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Familiarity with org design tooling (Orgvue, PowerPoint, Co-pilot)

Analytical mindset
