Qualifications

• Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally SAP.

• Experience in sales administration, order processing or customer service desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order process from enquiry to delivery.
• Maintain SAP data reflecting order status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to meet delivery expectations.
• Be first point of contact for customer queries with timely resolutions.
• Monitor and report on order processing performance and KPIs.
• Identify improvements to processes and systems to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate across sales, manufacturing, and logistics on priorities.
