Job summary

Aspire Recruitment in Altrincham is seeking an Order Processor / Customer Service Administrator for a permanent role, 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £24,000 and benefits including private medical care and on-site parking. Qualifications

• Previous order processing and customer service experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Confident telephone and email communication skills.
• Experience handling multiple customer orders.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• ERP/SAP experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing customer orders from sale through to delivery
• Keeping customers updated on order progress
• Liaising with sales, warehouse, procurement and finance teams
• Raising invoices and credit notes
• Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
• Resolving order queries quickly and professionally
• Maintaining accurate customer and order records
