Kemp Recruitment Ltd in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Customer Service Order Processor to manage orders, handle prescriptions, resolve queries and maintain high service standards for key customers. This is a fast-paced role requiring accuracy and a proactive approach.

You will liaise with internal teams, generate reports, and support accounts with tailored service, while using Excel and CRM tools; SAP experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and organisation skills essential.
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
• SAP / CRM experience desirable but not essential.

Customer Service Order Processor

Hourly Rate: £13.59

Hours:Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm (rota basis) + occasional Saturday 8:00am–12:00pm

Location:Bury St Edmunds

About the role
