Job summary

Inspire Resourcing Ltd is seeking a meticulous Sales Order Processor in Chesterfield (S41) to join a busy team.

You will process orders, liaise with customers, and coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely fulfilment. Ideal candidates have experience in sales order processing, strong data entry and Excel proficiency, and can work under pressure.

Immediate start and a permanent role for the right candidate are on offer. Monday to Friday hours with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales order processing, customer service or administration.
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Experience using ERP, CRM or order management systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Entering customer and order information onto internal systems.

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Sales Order Processor to join a busy and growing team based in Chesterfield (S41). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or order processing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting both the sales and operations teams.
