Job summary

Imprivata is seeking an Order Management Specialist to own end-to-end coordination of customer orders across the quote-to-cash process for international sales and renewals. The role connects Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Billing, and Fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment.

The position is hybrid, based at the Uxbridge, England office, and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–5 years in order management, sales operations, deal desk, revenue operations, or related function.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ or Revenue Cloud, ERP, billing, order management, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of commercial documentation, order validation, fulfillment coordination, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ownership, sound judgment, accountability, and willingness to improve processes and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own order intake, prioritization, and coordination across Order Management mailbox, Salesforce, CPQ and related systems.
• Orchestrate the quote-to-cash process from validation through booking and handoff to billing/ERP/provisioning.
• Validate products, pricing, quantities, terms, and order documentation against requirements.
• Lead resolution of incomplete, rejected, blocked, or discrepant orders with stakeholders.
• Govern order status communications, mailbox processes, and records for a consistent customer experience.
• Support development of Order Management documentation and processes.
• Assist in compliance, audit readiness, quarter-end activities, and other priorities.
