• Handling customer calls, emails and account queries
• Managing returns, damages, invoice queries and delivery issues
• Working with logistics teams to resolve queries within agreed SLAs

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders using SAP GUI and System 43
• Track orders and backorders; provide ETA updates
• Follow up deliveries to ensure on-time in-full delivery
• Be primary contact for customers, VARs and Account Managers
• Handle calls, emails, and account queries from customers
• Manage returns, damages, invoice queries, and delivery issues
• Collaborate with logistics to resolve SLA-based queries
