Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services in Wellingborough is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a 12-month FTC, with a salary of £28,000-£30,000 and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The role spans customer service, order processing, data analysis and sales administration, offering interaction with customers and internal teams, with opportunities to use Excel for reporting and to work within manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Order Processing or a similar role.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and taking ownership.
• Experience with an MRP/ERP system would be advantageous.
• Experience within manufacturing or automotive, or knowledge of Oracle/MRP systems and German language skills, would be beneficial but isn't essential - training can be provided for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer orders, schedules and requirements.
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying and resolving supply or delivery issues.
• Producing sales, KPI and forecasting reports.
• Using Excel to analyse data, create reports and manage spreadsheets.
• Coordinating transport, customer packaging and despatch documentation.
• Supporting continuous improvement, new product introduction and engineering change projects.
