Job summary

K2 Recruitment, on behalf of our client near Bicester, seeks a Sales & Order Executive to manage customer orders from enquiry through to delivery, building strong relationships and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This is a full-time, office-based role.

Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, the position offers £27,000 per annum, with salary reviews, a discretionary bonus scheme, 23 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and birthday leave, and other welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, sales administration or order processing experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Comfortable managing multiple orders and priorities
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Full UK driving licence and own transport essential
• Interest or experience in the equestrian or horse racing industry would be advantageous but is not essential

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and website
• Process orders and update customers throughout production
• Schedule work into the production team and monitor progress
• Provide product advice and support sales opportunities
• Carry out final quality checks before dispatch
• Package orders and arrange deliveries
• Support the workshop team with basic production tasks during quieter periods
• Work independently when required and liaise closely with the Sales & Production Manager
