Job summary

Impact Recruitment is recruiting for an Order Processing Administrator in Wellingborough, a growing Northamptonshire manufacturing business. You will manage orders through ERP and production systems and ensure smooth progression from admin to production.

No manufacturing background is required as full training is provided; a quick learner who handles data and systems well will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• IT literate with confidence in using computer systems.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling data and processing information accurately.
• Fast learner able to pick up new software and processes.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communicator who can work with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and process batch orders through the company's ERP system.
• Export orders into the relevant production system.
• Organise orders into production batches.
• Import completed batches back into the ERP system.
• Print and prepare batch information for the production team.
• Check orders and data for accuracy.
• Liaise with production and other departments to resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records and up-to-date system information.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues.
• Support the wider administration team when required.
• Help improve the efficiency of the order processing function.
