Job summary

K2 Recruitment client is seeking a Sales & Order Executive to manage customer orders from enquiry through to delivery, building strong relationships and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This full-time, office-based role near Bicester runs 9:00am–5:30pm and offers £27,000 per annum.

You will handle enquiries by phone, email and website, process orders, coordinate with production, provide product advice and support sales opportunities, and assist the workshop team when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, sales administration or order processing experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Able to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Self-driven and able to use initiative.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport essential.
• Interest or experience in the equestrian or horse racing industry would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and website.
• Process orders and update customers throughout production.
• Schedule work into the production team and monitor progress.
• Provide product advice and support sales opportunities.
• Carry out final quality checks before dispatch.
• Package orders and arrange deliveries.
• Support the workshop team with basic production tasks during quieter periods.
• Work independently when required and liaise with the Sales & Production Manager.
