• Providing operational support to all departments regarding packing queries.
• Understanding customer and project requirements and making informed decisions.
• Minimizing line downtime through proactive planning and communication.
• Identifying root causes of process or quality issues and implementing countermeasures.
• Ensuring compliance with customer-required quality processes to exceed expectations.
