Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Programme Manager to own delivery of Oracle transformations across HCM, ERP and EPM. Based in the UK, this hybrid role offers the chance to lead multidisciplinary teams on high-value programmes for major clients.

You will act as trusted advisor to clients, define scope, manage budgets, and drive governance and reporting. With 700+ Oracle specialists, Version 1 provides strong support and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (HCM, ERP, EPM).
• Strong background in programme and project methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2).
• Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery.
• Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM/ERP/EPM programmes.
• Act as the primary client interface, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes.
• Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence.
• Develop and manage robust, achievable programme plans aligned to Version 1’s MAXIMISE methodology.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
• Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L.
• Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities.
