Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Programme Manager to own complex ERP transformations across Oracle HCM Cloud, ERP Cloud and EPM Cloud. You will guide projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to a high standard.

You’ll act as trusted advisor to clients, lead multidisciplinary teams, and shape outcomes across large-scale transformation programmes for major UK clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E‑Business Suite programmes (HCM, ERP, EPM).
• Strong background in programme and project methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2).
• Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery.
• Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM/ERP/EPM programmes.
• Act as the primary client interface, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes.
• Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence.
• Develop and manage robust, achievable programme plans aligned to Version 1’s MAXIMISE methodology.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
• Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L.
• Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities.
