Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager to lead major transformation programmes across Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM and EPM. You will own delivery, guide clients through large-scale change and manage multidisciplinary teams in a globally recognised Oracle Partner environment.

The role focuses on delivering on-time, on-budget programmes with robust governance, risk management and commercial oversight. Hybrid/remote work with travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (ERP, HCM, EPM).
• Strong background in programme and project methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2).
• Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery.
• Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM programmes.
• Act as the primary client interface, building strong relationships.
• Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes.
• Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence.
• Develop and manage robust programme plans aligned to Version 1’s MAXIMISE methodology.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
• Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L.
• Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities.
