• Experience in optical system design required.
• Eligible for Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and integration of optical subsystems.
• Develop architectures & refine requirements.
• Work directly with multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Conduct system integration activities for new product development.
• Support proposals and customer engagements.

Skills

Experience in designing optical, electro‑optical or laser systems

Requirements capture, V&V, lifecycle engineering and systems design

Experience with FMEA/FTA, safety, reliability or risk management

Eligible for SC clearance

Full UK driving licence
