Boots Opticians in-store is looking for a Retail Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers. You’ll greet customers, listen to their needs and help them find the right eyewear solution while supporting pre-screening activities for eye-tests.

The role includes training through the Step Into Optics programme, along with hands-on experience in dispensing, aftercare, and administrative tasks to keep the shop running smoothly.

Formación

• Passion for customer care.
• Desire to learn.
• Experience in retail or clinical environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ordering, dispensing and collection of glasses and contact lenses.
• Supporting with eye-tests and pre-screening activities.
• Providing aftercare support through repairs and adjustments.
• Completing operational and administrative tasks associated with dispensing prescriptions.
• Maintaining shop floor standards.
