Job summary

Boots Opticians is seeking a Retail Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers on the shop floor, helping them choose eyewear and guiding them through the pre-screening and eye-test process. You will join a training programme 'Step Into Optics' offering workshop-based learning and hands-on experience, with opportunities to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

Based in store in the UK, you will report to the store manager and benefit from flexible benefits

Responsibilities

• Order, dispense and collect glasses and contact lenses
• Support with eye-tests and pre-screening activities
• Provide aftercare through repairs and adjustments
• Complete dispensing prescriptions administrative tasks
