Boots Opticians is seeking an Assistant Manager in Welwyn to lead and inspire a team, delivering an exemplary customer journey. You will work closely with the Store Manager to execute the commercial plan and drive store performance.

Across the store, you'll handle customer service, operations, and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing, and accuracy checks. You'll manage rotas, reviews, and performance to develop your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a clinical environment.
