Specsavers is seeking a Scheduler for its Optical Home Visits service in Mansfield. You will manage scheduling for Home Visits teams, handle calls, and keep customer records up to date with precision.

The role requires confidence with scheduling systems and Office 365, and you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations. You’ll be supported by an experienced team focused on care delivery in homes, with a strong emphasis on customer service and work-life

Qualifications

• Previous appointment setting or scheduling experience essential.
• Excellent telephone manner is required.
• Exceptional time management and ability to prioritise.
• Confident with new systems and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clinic appointments for Home Visits teams.
• Handle incoming and outbound calls with a professional manner.
• Update customer files with high attention to detail.
• Liaise with external parties and the Home Visits team.
• Carry out general admin duties as needed.
