Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Home Visits Optical Assistant to take eye care directly to patients at their homes across our UK territory. You’ll dispense at all levels and travel between locations with a company car. This part-time role offers 24 hours per week, flexible days, and a supportive team.

Based in South Bristol/Weston-Super-Mare area, you’ll join a friendly Specsavers team dedicated to high-quality, compassionate care for vulnerable customers who cannot visit stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months in optical field and confident dispensing at all levels.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based eye care and dispensing services.
• Travel to patient homes across the designated region.
• Support patients and deliver compassionate care.
