Job summary

Specsavers Home Visits Stoke are seeking an experienced Optical/Retail Assistant to join our domiciliary team. You will visit patients at home, deliver high-quality optical care and help with frame selection, in a small, supportive team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm with weekends off; you must have a full UK driving licence and live in WS11 or ST areas. Salary starts at £26,853 per annum with progression opportunities and a company car or allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in optics OR a strong retail/customer service background.
• A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service.
• Great communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.
• Due to the needs of our business, we are keen to speak with candidates who live in WS11 or ST postcode areas.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Specsavers Home Visits Stoke are seeking a highly motivated, friendly and reliable Optical/ Retail Assistant to join our growing domiciliary team.

As a Home Visits Optical Assistant, you’ll be visiting patients in their own homes, supporting the delivery of a high-quality, professional optical service to those who are unable to visit stores. This is a rewarding and varied role and is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service. We are a small team, who support and encourage each other every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting patients through their eye care journey in their own homes
