Job summary

Specsavers in High Wycombe is hiring an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in-store, delivering outstanding customer service while supporting dispensing and product knowledge. You’ll work 40 hours per week, including weekends, and play a key role in creating a welcoming store environment for customers and colleagues.

The ideal candidate has prior optical experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach to learning and development within the Specsavers brand and services.

Qualifications

Optical Assistant - High Wycombe

So, you’re a proactive people person ready to be the friendly face our stores need? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. If you’ve had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you. As an Optical Assistant, you’LL use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

• Salary: Up to £28,000 (Depending on Experience)
• Full Time - 40 hours per week including weekend working
