Job summary

Specsavers Kingswinford is seeking an Optical Assistant to join our friendly team. You’ll help deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers with eyewear options, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

The role offers a starting salary of £25,174.50 (experience dependent), full-time hours (37.5 per week), and benefits including pension enrollment, Specsavers Perks, WeCare support, Headspace access, and additional family-friendly options.

What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant.These include:

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.

This includes:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
