Macphie is seeking a Training Coordinator to join the Learning & Development team in Uddingston, Glasgow. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering training across manufacturing operations, with hands-on training, administration and continuous improvement.

You'll work with managers and colleagues, maintain training records and competency matrices, and support audits while developing your own training capability as the role grows.
