Job summary

Macphie is seeking a Training Coordinator to join our Learning & Development team in Glenbervie. You will coordinate and deliver training across manufacturing, ensuring records, competency matrices and compliance are accurate.

You’ll work with operations, managers and subject matter experts, with opportunities to grow in training capabilities including FLT/MHE and assessor qualifications. The role combines training coordination, practical delivery, administration and continuous improvement, with

Qualifications

Experience coordinating and/or delivering training within an operational environment.
Ability to deliver training and explain processes clearly to different audiences.
Experience maintaining training records, matrices or competency information.
Strong IT skills and the ability to work with learning systems, data and digital tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate training plans and activities across operational teams.
Deliver training and support practical, face-to-face and on-the-job learning.
Support inductions and onboarding for new starters.
Maintain training records, matrices and compliance information.
Monitor training completion and identify gaps in skills or compliance.
Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure correct training for roles.
Develop training materials, programmes and resources.
Utilise the 360Learning platform to manage training information.
