Are you passionate about developing people and driving skills forward? McTaggart Group is looking for a Training Manager who can lead the charge in upskilling our workforce and ensuring compliance across the business. Location for this role is Glasgow and Dalry (with travel to Fenwick Training Centre and sites as needed)

This is your chance to make a real impact in within a busy and everchanging construction environment. You’ll design and deliver training programs, champion digital learning, and work closely with teams and partners to keep our people at the top of their game.

• A recognised training qualification
• Experience within the construction industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and learner management systems
• Full UK driving licence
