Job summary

Aureos in Bathgate is seeking a Training Administrator to ensure all employees, from site staff to directors, receive the necessary training to excel in their roles. You will work with the Administrative/QHSE Team and become the main point of contact for training inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative role.
• Proficiency in using Office software.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the Training system for every employee within the energy sector, listing current training certs/qualifications and renewal dates.
• Liaise with Project management teams to arrange training courses and maintain relevant competencies.
• Handle admin-heavy tasks with strong time management and organisational skills.
• Adapt and expand the role to cover additional administrative duties as company needs evolve.
