DHS - Wolseley UK is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations at the branch, driving service quality and cost efficiency. You will lead a team of Operations Assistants and Drivers to meet KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes collaboration across the branch, safety, and operational excellence, offering a permanent full-time position with scope to influence business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing/heating products is advantageous.
• Supervisory experience with clear targets and feedback.
• Strong communication with peers, teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive at identifying and solving operational issues.
• Team player willing to cover diverse branch tasks.
• Keen to learn.

Responsibilities

• Drive service on a day-to-day basis within the warehouse environment in the branch.
• Achieve operational excellence, minimise costs, ensuring on time and in full delivery and outstanding customer service.
• Lead your team of Operations Assistants and Drivers, inspiring them to meet branch KPIs and targets.
• Build strong working relationships with the wider branch team to support business development.
• Instill a culture of high standards, quality and safety.
