Job summary

Plumb & Parts, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Luton to lead and develop the team, ensure safe, efficient operations and support sales growth.

You will report to the Operations Manager, drive performance, and help manage day-to-day duties, with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, plus paid overtime on Saturdays when required. Excellent benefits accompany the role.

• Support and develop all team members with progression planning.
• Support the Operations Manager in maintaining Health and Safety, sales growth, P&L review and credit control.
