Job summary

Plumb & Parts in Luton is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team, drive safety, and support the Operations Manager with sales growth, P&L review, and credit control. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime.

You will coach colleagues, ensure clear communication across the business, and uphold high standards of health and safety while delivering excellent customer service.

• Sales and/or operational background.
• Experience in leading and developing teams.
• Can work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Supporting and developing all team members with progression planning.
• Supporting the Operations Manager in all aspects of maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety, sales growth, P&L review and credit control.
• Supporting the team with their day to day roles when needed.

As an Operations Supervisor based in Luton you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting and developing all team members with progression planning.
• Supporting the Operations Manager in all aspects of maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety, sales growth, P&L review and credit control.
• Supporting the team with their day to day roles when needed.

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:00AM - 17:00PM with 1hrs break and the occasional Saturday 08.00am - 12.00pm paid as overtime.
